The APPUG is hosting a panel discussion on Wednesday 29 November, 17:30 – 18:30, in Committee Room 1, House of Lords. This will be followed by a dinner in a House of Commons dining room.
This will examine the opportunities and barriers for universities in commercialising research. Members will hear from:
- Professor Irene Tracey, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Oxford and lead author of the Independent Review of University Spinouts
- Dr Alison Callwood, Co-founder and CEO of Sammi-Select
- Vice-chancellor (TBC)
- Government spokesperson (TBC)

Note, there is very limited space at the dinner so it will be allocated on a first come first serve basis with a waiting list.
