Universities stand ready to deliver on the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan. This includes the training of doctors, nurses, midwives and allied health professionals, but also carrying out life-changing research and developing innovative ways to deliver the health skills of the future.
This reception will explore the opportunities and challenges for universities, working with the NHS, to deliver the Long Term Workforce Plan in greater detail. Attendees will hear from political speakers as well as health and higher education leaders.
